We don’t waste time or money. We stand behind our commitments, time lines and dollar savings we project for your company. To back that up, half of our consulting fees are paid in your projected savings, either you save money or we don’t get paid.
We are results oriented, so we drive hard to our goals. Our goals are to gather our targeted, pertinent information as quick as we can. The quicker we can gather facts and data, the quicker our analysis can be completed and practical solutions offered.

Where We Begin
We begin by understanding why we were hired. What drove you to the decision of hiring consulting services? What are you looking to accomplish as a result of our analysis? What are the issues as you see them? What do you believe the root cause of the problems to be?
We make no assumptions, thus a methodical process of gathering of all facts and data is essential. A meeting is then scheduled to present the results of our intelligence gathering. We then will begin a thorough analysis of all facts and data, drawing some initial conclusions.
Frequently, problems that arise are misdiagnosed by a company as the root cause of their issues. We will ultimately identify the root cause of the issues, quantifying our conclusion with the facts and data we have analyzed.

Where We Proceed
After the root cause has been identified, we will propose multiple innovative, yet practical solutions for consideration. We will present a matrix that identifies the targeted benefits for all solutions, along with the limitations of each solution. We will take as much time as necessary to review each solution in its entirety, clearly quantifying the benefits and limitations. Once a solution is selected by our customer, we will develop a project plan, complete with costs and time lines to measure against.

We Stay Connected thru Completion
As part of our project plan, we will meet with your implementation team at three scheduled intervals of the plan to monitor progress and offer additional insight as needed. Once completed, we will run one final analysis of your ROI, ensuring all target savings are being achieved. We will continue to provide service to you until you reach the point of satisfaction with your solution and savings being derived from the implementation of your chosen solution.
